"To have over half of all NHS organisations with maternity services across the UK commit to our charter is such a fantastic achievement. It's also a true testament to the hard work of our RCM staff and representatives.

"We know that better cared for and well rested staff perform better and can deliver the highest level of care to women, their babies and families.’
"As the campaign continues to grow we are looking forward to working in partnership with more organisations to develop local action plans tailored to the health and well being needs of midwives and all maternity staff."
