Couple Name Daughter After Music Festival

A couple have named their newborn daughter after the Belladrum Tartan Heart Music Festival, it has been reported.

According to the BBC, the parents – Catriona and Gareth McIntosh – married at the festival near Beauly in 2014. Their ceremony was held at the site's Belladrum Temple site.


Now, the couple have welcomed their first child together, and named her Bella, after the event.

Catriona is quoted as saying: "We have always loved the atmosphere of Belladrum and always spoke about how ace it would be to marry there.

"Obviously we spoke about calling the baby Bella if she was a girl and both decided that it was very fitting given our tie and how we feel about the festival."
