Amy Williams Opens Up About Motherhood

Amy Williams has admitted that she finds motherhood to be "overwhelming" at times.

The Olympian welcomed a son with her husband Craig Ham last month and speaking to Hello! magazine, she has said that there are 'highs' and 'lows' every day.


She explained: "It's overwhelming. You instantly know that you would do absolutely anything to protect your child. There are massive highs and lows within the space of one day."

Amy, 34, and 36-year-old Craig tied the knot in 2015, just 18 months after they met on dating app Tinder. They became engaged three months after they started dating. Their son, Oscar Nash, was born on 22 March. It is their first child together.
