His comments come just weeks after he said that he would love to add to his family.
Appearing on ITV's Lorraine last week, the 44-year-old confessed that he would not have any more children, following a lack of sleep the night before after his four-month-old son Theo spent the entire morning crying.
Now, Andre has admitted that he "felt bad" about making the comment.
At the time, he was asked by the host if he and Emily would have more children, to which he said: "Absolutely [no more kids], unless they invent a 24-hour coffee system, then no."
However, in his latest column for New! magazine, Andre has tried to explain his outburst.
He wrote: "Let me tell you what happened. The night before the interview I went to bed at midnight as I had to get up at 6am to go do the show. Theo woke up at 3am and wouldn't sleep until it was time for me to leave.
"So I'd had three hours sleep and I said to myself: 'Right that's it. I'm not having any more!' It feels like having jet lag all the time. After I'd been on Lorraine I felt bad but at that point in time I was like: 'More kids? Are you mad? No chance!'
"I've had more sleep now but I'm content with how it is now. And although I whine, Emily's going through the worst of it – she's the one who has to do the breastfeeding."
The couple have two children together; Amelia, three, and five-month-old Theo. Andre is also a father to son Junior, 11, and nine-year-old daughter Princess from his former marriage to Katie Price.
