Emily MacDonagh Admits 'Lonely' Motherhood

Emily MacDonagh has admitted that motherhood can be lonely.

The 27-year-old has two children with her husband Peter Andre and made the confession in her latest column for OK! magazine.

Admitting that she finds it hard to make friends, she wrote: "Once we move house, I'm going to make a real effort to make some new mum friends, as that's what I'm lacking in our current area."

She continued discussing motherhood and praised the Duchess of Cambridge for recently speaking out about feeling lonely in a bid to break the taboo. She said: "A few weeks ago HRH the Duchess of Cambridge spoke about how motherhood can be lonely sometimes, and I completely agree.

"It's reassuring to hear that someone like that feels the same, and you can see how it could contribute to postnatal depression."

MacDonagh and Andre, 44, started dating in 2012 and tied the knot in 2015. The couple have two children together; daughter Amelia and son Theo. Andre is also a father to son Junior and daughter Princess from his former marriage to Katie Price.
