The seventh series of The Undateables is currently in production and will transmit later this year, in the autumn. It consists of five 60-minute episodes.
Series eight will have four 60-minute episodes and series nine will have five 60-minute episodes. A one-off, 60-minute Christmas special will also be filmed.
Lucy Leveugle, Channel 4's Commissioning Editor for Factual Entertainment, said: "We are delighted that The Undateables will return – it's telly which makes you laugh and makes you cry. It has both real warmth and purpose."
