Couple Injured Trying To Recreate Dirty Dancing Lift

A couple has ended up being treated in hospital after trying to recreate the famous lift from the end of the 80s film, Dirty Dancing.

Sharon Price, 52, and fiance Andy, 51, are said to have been enjoying a day out with family in Weston-Super-Mare, when they decided to try and recreate the scene, which it is understood they wished to perform at their upcoming wedding.


According to reports, the couple decided to try the move in a pub beer garden, but when Ms Price ran to her fiance, the pair collided, with Andy being knocked unconscious.

Following a trip to hospital the pair are said to only be suffering from bruises.
