The couple met on Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year and while they were both in the house, embarked on a flirtatious relationship.
The pair have remained tight-lipped ever since as to whether they are in a relationship, but in a new interview with the MailOnline, the 22-year-old former X Factor star confessed that they had already been on a date.
She is quoted by the publication as saying: "We're friends. We're hanging out. Who knows what the future holds, but he did take me out and it was lovely. So we'll see how it goes.
"I honestly don't know if we have a future, who knows what it holds but he took me out and we're not rushing into anything, so we'll see."
