Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, had a volatile relationship with Rob and the couple have one child together – a daughter named Dream.
However, an attorney for the rapper has now confirmed the lawsuit, saying that Kris Jenner is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, along with Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
The lawsuit follows the breakdown of the 29-year-old's relationship with Rob. She is alleging she suffered assault, battery, domestic violence and harassment at the hands of her ex.
In court documents, which have been published by Buzzfeed, they allege Rob Kardashian is an "abuser intent on destroying Angela White [Blac Chyna's real name]."
The papers also accuse the Kardashians of using their fame, wealth and power to undertake revenge on her, "slut-shaming" her and sabotaging the recommissioning of her own reality TV show Rob & Chyna for a second series.
The latest development in the couple's relationship, comes two weeks after Rob filed his own lawsuit saying it was his ex who attacked him – a claim Blac Chyna denies.
Rob also accuses his former partner of using him as well as his family for financial gain and said it was a mutual decision by the E! Network and the Kardashian family to cancel the show.
Blac Chyna is understood to be seeking damages for the loss of her reality TV series, as well as the accompanying endorsements that would have gone with it, saying she has lost out on "many, many millions" of dollars.
