Earlier this year, Amber and Jamie ended their four-year relationship after it emerged that Amber had cheated on her other half. The revelations came shortly after the couple had joined the series.
However, it has now been claimed that Amber is continuing to work on the show – but Jamie and his new partner are no longer cast members.
Sources claim that the duo were dropped from the show after Amber "kicked up a fuss" to producers as she did not want to film "awkward scenes" with her ex, or with Jade.
The insider is quoted by The Sun as saying: "Amber felt in a difficult position after her breakup from Jamie and wanted to keep her distance from him.
"Bosses value Amber's contribution to the show and her mum has even impressed viewers with her no-nonsense stance."
