Cheryl 'Isn't Bothered' About Romance Speculation

Cheryl has said that speculation into her private life doesn't bother her as she places her focus into opening a Prince's Trust centre in her home city of Newcastle.

The Prince's Trust charity aims to help young people learn new skills and find work. Three years ago, the singer's own charity – Cheryl's Trust – started raising funds for the centre in Blandford Square. She has said that she wanted to help others, having struggled in her own life when she was younger.

This morning, she spoke at the opening of the centre when she was then asked about her personal life. Cheryl and her boyfriend Liam Payne have been subject to media speculation lately, with many claiming that the couple's relationship is on the verge of ending.

When asked about the rumours by BBC Breakfast and if they were frustrating, Cheryl simply replied: "It doesn't bother me at all because my focus is solely on this.

"I have waited for seven years to finally be here and none of that matters – this is the most important part for me."
