She is still married to her estranged husband Kieran Hayler, however she is believed to be hoping for a 'quickie' divorce.
A source told Closer magazine: "When Katie knew things with Kieran were crumbling, she was messaging loads of other men. She had a brief romance with Shane and hoped things would work out but once rumours of their romance went public, he cooled things off.
"It hurt her feelings but then things started to progress with Kris and she focused all her attention on him. They seem very full on in public but pals say behind closed doors there's little chemistry. She says she's not sure he's Mr Right but he’s her best hope for husband number four so she’ll make that happen in the future no matter what. She's still technically married to Kieran so she needs to sort that divorce out first but she's happy to start planning another wedding."
