Mel B And Stephen Belafonte Reach Agreement Over Custody

Former Spice Girl Mel B and her ex-husband Stephen Belafonte have reached an agreement over custody of their daughter.

The pair have also agreed to drop their restraining orders but agreed to stay 200 yards away from each other.


Mel was ordered to pay her ex-husband $350,000 in legal fees and they were both told to set aside $550,000 each when they sell their old marital home in order to pay their outstanding tax bills.

Speaking to DailyMail.com, Stephen said: "I'm ecstatic - I'm going to Disneyworld. I got everything I wanted and we could have settled this months ago. It's such a relief that it's finally over."
