Richard Gere And Alejandra Silva Expecting First Child Together

Richard Gere and wife Alejandra Silva are expecting their first child together.

The 35-year-old publicist took to Instagram to confirm the news alongside a picture of the pair with the Dalai Lama.

She wrote: "A very special moment just a few minutes ago... Getting blessings for our precious to come.. we couldn't announce it before telling HH Dalai Lama (sic)."


The couple got married five months ago in New York.

They each have another child from previous marriages. Richard already has 18-year-old son Homer James Jigme with ex-wife Carey Lowell, whilst Alejandra has a five-year-old son named Albert with ex-husband Govind Friedland.
