The Britain's Got Talent judge recently spoke to the Daily Mirror newspaper about the stillbirth.
"Theo is always here," she said.
"I dream about him and sometimes I speak to him. Lots of moments, symbols make me think of Theo and connect me to him…It almost feels as if he was never meant to be here. That's how I've got my head round it."
Amanda tragically lost Theo seven months into her pregnancy in 2011, an experience which she said took her a long time to comprehend.
The 41-year-old initially blamed herself for Theo's passing until a postmortem confirmed there was no obvious cause for his death.
"I feel honoured to be the person that carried him that far on his journey," she added.
"He just didn't need to continue his journey here. I think about him every day."
Amanda also has Lexi, 12, and Hollie, six, with her husband Chris Hughes.
