Princess Eugenie Honours Princess Diana On Wedding Day

Princess Eugenie has honoured the late Princess Diana in her wedding vows to Jack Brooksbank.

The ceremony took place on Friday 12 October and more details are emerging, including the couple's vows, according to E! News.


Following suit from Princess Diana, Eugenie omitted to include a promise to "obey" her new husband in her vows, as Diana did when she was first to break the royal precedent when she married Prince Charles in 1981.

Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle both also excluded the promise from their vows.

Princess Beatrice delivered a reading during the service from F. Scott Fitzgerald's book The Great Gatsby, and Andrea Bocelli performed for the guests.
