Nicole Kidman Was Either At Home Or Working During Tom Cruise Marriage

Actress Nicole Kidman, who is now married to Keith urban, has revealed that in her previous marriage to Tom Cruise she gave up her social life and spent her time either working or at home.

The 51-year-old recently explained that she felt "safe" as a young star married to Tom, but has since clarified that it was because she "stopped going to parties".


Speaking on the Today show, she said: "I'm saying because I was married at 23 years old, I wasn't going to parties, or I wasn't going out a lot. I was pretty much at home.

"I had my first child at 25 and I was married. I was in a family so, my sense of being in the world was I was working or I was at home."

Nicole recently said she was reluctant to discuss her marriage to Tom, as she felt it was disrespectful to Keith, who she has two children with.
