Suzi Quatro And Her Husband Have Lived Separately For 25 Years

Rockstar Suzi Quatro has revealed the secret to her long marriage with Rainer Hass: they have never lived together.

When the pair wed in 1993, Rainer stayed at home to care for his mother who was unwell, and the pair have remained apart for the last 25 years, which Suzi said has "kept the romance going".


The 68-year-old told Notebook magazine: "I am so romantic and affectionate. My husband and I don't live in the same house, so that helps.

"We're together most of the time, but it keeps the romance going. I like my space when I want it.

"It's the natural thing to move in. But when we got married his mother wasn't well and he's an only child, and I had two small kids.

It worked, so we stayed that way," she added.

Suzi explained that Rainer simply can't get on the wrong side of her as they live apart.
