Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt 'Working Together' On Custody Agreement

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are understood to be "working together" toward a custody agreement over their brood and are hoping to settle things before their planned trial date on 04 December.

The former couple split in September 2016 after two years of marriage and have Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12 and 10-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne together.

Following speculation earlier this week that the couple will go to trial over custody in December, it has now been claimed that they are working towards a settlement.

A source told People magazine that "Angelina isn't seeking full custody".

In addition to the ongoing negotiations, a private judge will be used to handle the property settlement as the pair do not have a prenuptial agreement.
