The singer has a four-year-old daughter, Anaiya, with her partner Jason Bell.
In an interview for Closer magazine, she said: "I think every single day and every moment is a challenge.
"When they're babies, it's the challenge of adjustment and the sheer survival factor of this brand new baby that relies on you 100% for everything, that fear of when they're burped enough of wether they're going to choke and all the sleepless nights you endure- it's so stressful."
Nadine continued that the challenges grow along with children and said "there's always something" to be concerned about.
The star also confessed about having 'mum guilt' about going back to work, and revealed she's leaving the possibility of another baby up to fate.
"I think I'll just go along with it and see what happens, if we're blessed with that or not.
"But Anaiya would love a brother or sister, for sure."
