Is Cristiano Ronaldo Engaged?

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly popped the question to his girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez after two years of dating.

The Portuguese football player's 24-year-old model girlfriend is believed to have begun her search for a wedding dress.

A source told Italy's Correio de Manha newspaper: "Cristiano has already asked Gio to marry him and the wedding will take place, but few people know the details."


Speculation began to mount at the World Cup in June when Georgina was spotted in Russia wearing an expensive-looking diamond ring on her wedding finger.

It comes a year after the pair welcomed their first child together, daughter Alana.

Cristiano already has twins Eva and Mateo and eight-year-old son Cristiano Jr., and is said to feel "closer" than ever to his fiancé since they welcomed their own daughter into the world.
