Dave Berry Is A Dad

Dave Berry has became a father for the first time as his wife Sarah-Jane Davies gave birth to a baby girl.

The Absolute Radio DJ announced the news on social media, saying they had welcomed their "perfect little daughter" Evangeline into the world.

He also praised the staff at University College London Hospital where she was born, for being so "knowledgeable, caring and wonderful" throughout.


"But of course my biggest thanks along with my eternal love and respect is for my wife," the new dad gushed.

"The adventure ahead both excites and frightens us in equal measure."

The 40-year-old revealed the pregnancy in August, telling his radio listeners: "I return form my holidays with news. My wife and I are expecting our first child.

"Exciting but scary news. We are so, so happy it's great!"
