The event was held at No 197 Chiswick Fire Station, a popular restaurant in London where their family and friends joined in with the festivities.
The singer, 24, is best known for being a member of boy band 'The Vamps', as well as starring on the most recent series of 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here!', where he made it to the final five contestants.
McVey shared a collection of photos on his Instagram on Sunday 17 February, where famous friend Harry Redknapp was in attendance with his wife Sandra. He posted a loved-up picture with fiancé Kirstie, writing: "Never felt so much love before from our friends and family. Last night's engagement party at @no197chiswickfirestation was perfect. Massive thanks to those who came. We have so much booze now... send help. Also, a massive thanks to my beautiful partner @kirstiebrittain."
She shared the same sentiments as she posted a picture of herself and McVey surrounded by all her friends, saying: "What a night and what a gang...we couldn't feel more loved. And the lushest venue @no197chiswickfirestation...Thank you to everyone that came and made it such a beautiful night. WE LOVE YA."
The couple got engaged back in January when they enjoyed a romantic holiday together in the Lake District. McVey announced the engagement on his Instagram account: "04/01/19 Friars Crag, Keswick. 08:28. No idea how @kirstiebrittain didn't turn around and ruin this picture before I took it! This was the most nerve-wracking moment of my entire life. Thanks so much for all the lovely messages - we are over the moon to share our news with you."
