The 41-year-old already has four-year-old Bertie, and revealed the news by saying she couldn't be happier with the new arrival.
Sharing a black and white photo of herself cradling the tot on Instagram, she said: "We've stolen lots and lots of cuddles over the last few days so thought it was about time we shared our precious little Buddha with you. Thank you for all of your lovely warm wishes and support. We are completely over the moon!"
Erin closed the Schiaparelli show in Paris in January, with her baby bump hidden under a huge pink dress made of four layers, an appearance she described as her "last hoorah" before giving birth.
She posted photos of herself in the gown on Instagram and wrote at the time: "One last hurrah at the Paris Opera Garnier before the wee scamp arrives... Merci."
