Giacomo Gianniotti Is Married

'Grey's Anatomy' star Giacomo Giannotti has married his long-term partner Nichole in Italy.

The pair tied the knot at Villa Pocci in Rome on Sunday 28 April.

According to People.com, the celebrations got underway at 4pm and the couple partied into the early hours with their friends and family.


A video posted on Instagram showed the newlyweds cutting into their traditional white wedding cake on a balcony outside while sparklers were set off.

The Italian-Canadian actor popped the question in 2017 and shared at the time: "She said yes…I am truly one lucky guy, and I wouldn't rather be walking down this crazy road of life with anyone else. I love you. Thank you."
