The pair wed in secret last year but are still planning a larger ceremony to mark the occasion with family and friends.
According to Us Weekly magazine, however, Alaia Baldwin has claimed the pair can't decide on the details. She said: "We will see. Who knows what their plans are. They're very up and down, so I just I'll be there at some point in a dress, in sweats - we don't know!"
But the 26-year-old added that she was enjoying seeing her little sister happy: "I appreciate that he is always his genuine self, and that's what I'd say I like the most about him."
The wedding speculation comes after it was claimed the couple are postponing the occasion to allow Justin time to work on his mental health.
