The baby boy, whose name is not yet known, was born via a surrogate mother and is a sibling for big sisters North and Chicago and brother Saint.
Although the high profile couple get help with their brood, a source has revealed they love to get stuck in themselves.
The insider told People magazine: "Kim has help, but is very hands on too. She and Kanye have both been up at night with the baby. He is still small and on a strict feeding schedule. They have to wake him up to feed him."
The mum-of-four has been spending time with her older three children while the baby sleeps, making sure to divide her attention sensitively now the latest addition has arrived.
The source added: "She knows they all need special, quality time with her. Kim hasn't been working at all and is only focusing on her family right now."
Proud dad Kanye also claimed earlier this week that he loves the energy that comes from having a newborn in the house.
