The model and basketball player were first romantically linked in March 2018, but things have slowed down in recent weeks, according to People magazine.
A source told the publication: "They're on a break. The relationship has ran its course. She's spending time with her friends and back to being in fun mode."
Kendall remained tight-lipped when asked about her love life recently, but explained that she keeps her romance with Ben out of the public eye because she doesn't yet know how long it will last. "I'm very young and right now I feel like relationships aren't always super certain and I don't want to bring too much attention to something if you don't really know how long term its going to be," the star admitted.
