The 'Love Island' host, 39, said she is fine with the label as she doesn't consider age when it comes to her love life.
And following her shock split from fiancé Andrew Brady last year, Caroline admitted her regrets about going public with the relationship.
Speaking on 'Shopping With Keith Lemon', which today (27 June), she said: "You can keep them private, but I think when you get carried away in the moment... say, for instance, in my last relationship I put myself and my fiancé on Instagram, I can't really moan about people talking about it. There's a slight regret I did that.
"I try not to think about it. I could date someone that's 20, someone that's 104 but I'd just rather date someone nice."
Opening up on her ideal man, she added: "I do like someone with a good sense of humour, someone who doesn't take life too seriously and someone that's just nice."
The ITV2 star previously said she is enjoying getting back on the horse again and is going on dates.
