The publication reported that the 'Bridesmaids' star has been engaged for several months and sporting a huge diamond ring on her left hand, despite not announcing the news.
Kristen and writer, actor, producer and director Avi have kept their relationship quite private after first being spotted enjoying a holiday to Hawaii in 2016.
The actress was previously married to actor Hayes Hargrove from 2005 to 2009 but ruled out ever tying the knot again while speaking in an interview in 2011.
She said: "I probably won't ever get married again, it's not something that I would want to do. In the movie 'Bridesmaids' we were careful to not send the message that you need to get married.
"I think women put that pressure on themselves, maybe even more than society does, but, if you're the single girl at the wedding, you know someone is going to ask you when you're going to get married."
Kristen has reunited with her 'Bridesmaids' co-writer Annie Mumolo on a new comedy which they will both also star in.
