The reality star announced the pregnancy last week with fiancé Ryan Thomas and gushed that she was overjoyed to be starting a family.
Lucy shared a post on her blog, Results With Lucy, about her struggle, admitting that her morning sickness has been non-stop since she conceived. Writing the blog after a night of throwing up, The Only Way Is Essex star wrote: "I'm writing this from the bathroom floor, which is where I have been for most of the night puking up.
"I am SO tired. Sleeping on a towel, on the bathroom floor, is actually possible and it's not because I'm drunk… Although I do feel like I'm hungover most of the time just without the fun the night before…
"Why the hell is it called MORNING SICKNESS!? I had suffered evening, all night and the morning just to top it off."
The fitness-obsessed star has also been sharing her tips since falling pregnant on her blog. She wrote: "In the morning, my general routine has changed to waking up at 4 or 5am, feeling starving and sick. I usually take a calm walk to the kitchen to make toast and a cordial.
"Humming to distract that awful nauseous feeling; holding my nose because the smell of the fridge, flowers, diffuser and well, frankly the smell of ANYTHING makes me feel sick. I then pray that the toast will make the sickly feeling go away!"
