Kanye West Was Warned Over Dating Kim K

When Kanye West and Kim Kardashian struck up a romance in 2012, the rapper was warned the relationship may lead to the demise of his career.

The star defied the advice and went on to marry and have a family with the reality TV mogul, however it wasn't without risk to his image.


Kim recalled: "I mean, everyone would tell him 'You can't be with her, she's a reality star. She's going to sink your career!' And he was just like 'But I love her. Like, I don't care'."

The couple now share four children together, but their romance remained buried for two years after they first met in 2002. Kim has since claimed that Kanye was always attracted to her, despite keeping his feelings to himself as she was married.
