Arabella shared excited clips to Instagram of their recently purchased Christmas tree, giving fans a glimpse of their living room as Wes lounged on the sofa.
The romance has been somewhat of a whirlwind since the pair got together in the wake of the 28 year-old model's exit from the ITV show.
Arabella and Wes struck up a relationship after both finding themselves single this summer, and Wes, who found fame on the 2018 series of the competition, revealed he dropped the L-bomb just a few weeks after their first date.
"I told her I loved her in a nightclub," he admitted. "She said: 'You can tell me that tomorrow morning' – and I did."
