The reality star, who recently married Rio Ferdinand, is set to release 'Fitter, Happier, Healthier: The Ultimate Body Plan', which will detail the best ways to "start loving yourself inside and out".
Discussing the book in an Instagram Q&A, Kate was asked if it was suitable for teenage girls. She responded: "It's for all ages. This book isn't just about losing weight, it's about becoming fitter and happier and living a healthy happy lifestyle and learning to love yourself.
"It's taken me a long time to learn to love myself, flaws included. And I hope this book helps more of you on your journeys to loving yourself INSIDE & OUT."
While it may focus on keeping fit and healthy, the book will also contain stories from Kate's personal life, including her struggle with anxiety.
"It's not just fitness & food," she explained. "It has sections about me and my life, growing up and now. How I deal with anxiety etc. My skincare and Beauty regimes and how I look after myself."
Kate is now stepmother to Rio's three children, Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, eight.
