Jesse Tyler Ferguson To Welcome First Child

Jesse Tyler Ferguson is excitedly awaiting the arrival of his first child with husband Justin Mikita.

The 'Modern Family' actor will become a dad in July of this year.

His announcement came as no shock to fans as the 44 year-old has been outspoken about his dreams of starting a family.

Jesse and Justin will welcome their baby via a surrogate mother.


Appearing on 'The Late Late Show with James Corden', the proud dad-to-be revealed: "This is something I haven't even mentioned to anyone, if we could just keep it between the three of us and you all. I'm actually expecting a baby in July with my husband. But shh, don't tell anyone. Let's keep it between us.

"I'm very excited. I'm 44 now, I'm like, let's get this show going, tick tock."

Jesse declined to give away whether they will welcome a boy or girl when questioned and instead gave the simple reply: "a human!"
